Based out of our HQ at Sandown Airport, you'll be expected to cover the breadth of the Island and occasionally pop across to the mainland

We're looking for a hand-on, practical problem-solver to join our growing team at ICR Systems as an Installation Engineer.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with technology, building and installing systems, and solving problems on site. We supply and support innovative EPOS and hospitality technology for a wide range of businesses, and we need someone who can help install, configure, and support these systems for our customers.

No two days are the same - you'll be out on site, installing equipment, solving technical issues, and helping customers get the most from their systems.

• Installing, configuring and testing EPOS systems at customer sites
• Setting up hardware such as tills, printers, payment terminals and networking equipment
• Providing on-site technical support during installations and upgrades
• Training customers on how to use their systems effectively
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and carrying out repairs or replacements
• Helping improve our installation and support processes
• Ensuring every customer receives excellent service and support

We're looking for someone who is practical, reliable, and enjoys hand-on technical work.

• Good DIY / practical skills and confidence installing equipment
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Interest in technology and IT systems
• Basic knowledge of Windows and networking (preferred but not essential)
• Previous EPOS experience is helpful but not required
• A full UK driving licence

Hours:

This is a full-time position. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Out of hours:
You'll be required to work one weekend out of 4 on call with a day off in lieu the following week

Contract:

Permanent (after 6-month probation)

Dependent on experience
