We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our collaborative, health-centered team. Our dynamic dental practice is looking for a full-time Dental Assistant to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care that goes beyond teeth — we care for the whole person.

What You’ll Do- Assist the dentist in delivering high-quality patient care with a calm, confident, and professional demeanor.
- Assist with various dental procedures including Cerec Crowns, Root Canal Therapy, Fillings, Extractions, Ortho etc.
- Digital impressions and occlusal registrations.
- Maintain strict infection control protocols, including sterilization and room setup.
- Record patient treatment notes accurately and thoroughly in our dental software.
- Ensure each patient feels heard, respected, and comfortable throughout their visit.
- 1+ year of experience in dental assisting (recommended or dental assisting school completed)
- A love for dentistry and genuine interest in improving patients' overall health.
- Professionalism in appearance and attitude.
- Exceptional communication skills — clear, compassionate, and direct.
- Strong organizational abilities with excellent time management.
- Self-motivation with the ability to take initiative and accept feedback.
- A team player who enjoys learning.
Full-time:
Monday & Thursday 7:30 AM – 2:15 PM and Tuesday & Wednesday 7:30 AM – 5:15 PM.
- Hourly Pay: $17.00 – $20.00+ DOE.
- Bonuses:
Potential to earn additional with office performance-based incentives. - Benefits: (Addition Value of $4.00 - $7.00/hour)
