The MRI Technologist is a registered professional primarily specializing in the utilization of MRI equipment as necessary and performs MRI examinations under the direction of a radiologist.
Bonner General Health Diagnostic Imaging is a full‑service imaging department offering advanced technology, convenient access, prompt testing and results. Our team of professionals has a true passion for care, focused on providing excellent, individualized service to each patient. We are committed to providing the latest technology in diagnostic imaging, including Computerized Tomography (CT), 3‑D mammography, DEXA, Ultrasound, Echocardiography, Fluoroscopy, state‑of‑the‑art Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), and Interventional Procedures.
Our technologist and DI assistants work together to provide a safe and efficient experience. Although the individual disciplines are located throughout the BGH campus, efficiency, skill and patient‑focused care remain constant.

Education- High school graduate or equivalent
- Completion of formal AMA/ACR approved MRI program preferred or ARRT certification in Radiology with MRI cross‑training experience
- Minimum two years MRI experience preferred
- A.R.R.T. registered with MRI certification preferred
- A.R.R.T. registered with cross training in MRI
- ARMRIT certified
- Current BLS (AHA) certification
