Overview of Duties:

- Leading and implementing the clinical direction for the organization.

- Identifying opportunities to collaborate and develop clinical integration with other partners and health delivery systems to achieve affordable outcomes.

- Assisting with the accreditation process and maintaining standards for health management and credentialing.

- Active engagement in business development opportunities and presenting business and clinical capabilities to officials, community partners, employers and other key constituents.

- Providing clinical guidance, support and education to the clinical and network management organizations.

- Daily oversight of risk management programs and plans to develop and implement strategic goals.

- Monitoring credentialing and privileging process to ensure the provision of high quality care services.

- Conducting provider performance reviews.

- Participating in Senior Executive Team Management business clinical strategy development and implementation. ?
- Participating as a member of the KCH Senior Executing Team in regional, state and nation meetings.

- Keep abreast of emerging models in healthcare delivery and identifying new and innovative strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
