AI Solutions Engineer

Join Litehouse Inc. as an AI Solutions Engineer. Candidates must be located within 60-mile radius of Sandpoint,  role focuses on designing, building, and implementing AI solutions that advance our business and strengthen our employee‑owned culture.

• Partner with business teams to develop AI use cases, requirements, specs, and user stories.
• Design, build, and configure AI solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Agents, Azure OpenAI, Infor GenAI, and custom development.
• Integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems and enterprise architecture.
• Promote AI adoption by training users, addressing concerns, and building AI awareness.
• Monitor and enhance deployed AI solutions for performance and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, data, and ethical standards.
• Create clear documentation and educate employee‑owners on new AI tools and features.

• Bachelor’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in AI/application development or implementation.
• Experience in AI engineering, Dev Ops, or MLOps (CI/CD).
• Strong documentation, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑moving AI landscape.
• Project management and Agile experience.
• Preferred:
  Azure AI‑900, AI‑102, and AI‑204.
