Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with an active compact license and a strong background in perioperative care.
Responsibilities- Work in a hospital operating room setting
- Day shifts, 4x10 hour schedule from 7:00 to 17:00
- Block scheduling is allowed
- Required to take call approximately every 7th weekend and one night per week, excluding weekend call week
- Uses Meditech EMR system
- First time travelers are accepted for this position
- Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility
- Block scheduling may be arranged as needed
- A copy of driver’s license and social security card are required for consideration
- Active compact RN license
- At least 2 years of Operating Room RN experience required
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Two professional references needed for consideration
