Our Assistant Property Manager is the bridge between our tenants and our property management team, ensuring residents' needs are met and all leasing requirements are fulfilled. You will need a personable and helpful attitude with a knack for solving problems and a heart for customer service.
Responsibilities- Quickly and professionally respond to phone, email, and in-person leasing questions.
- Schedule and lead property showings.
- Complete prospective tenant applications, gather required documents, and perform basic screenings.
- Coordinate apartment move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and maintenance as needed.
- Follow up with tenants to ensure maintenance services are fully completed.
- Prepare residential and commercial leases.
- Present lease renewals for review and approval.
- Collect, post, and forward rent, security deposits, and other payments.
- Refine existing policies and implement new procedures.
- Communicate with owners about maintenance requests, project estimates, and contractor scheduling.
- Update tenant records in our property management system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records.
- Complete data entry for tenants, owners, transactions, and property records.

- Experience in property management or real estate.
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Must have the ability to pass a background check.
