* Position Summary:

** Crow’s Bench restaurant is centered around farm to table alpine cuisine. Where we make our food from scratch. If you have a passion for global cuisine and a love for learning, this is the job for you. You will be responsible for food preparation, presentation and keeping a clean kitchen.
** Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:
*** Prepares a variety of breads and desserts for the Crows Bench restaurant
* Ensures all prep is done according to recipes and portion standards. Work in close liaison with chef and sous chef.
* Cooking and Assembling Dishes - Cooks menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Assembles dishes with attention to presentation and quality.
* Maintains a clean and organized workstation.
* Follows sanitation and safety procedures to ensure a hygienic kitchen environment.
* Responsible for inventory and stock management by assisting in receiving and storing deliveries and alerting leadership when inventory stock is low.
* Must be willing to work with both the Back of House and Front of House teams.

Experience:

** Minimum education required
- English reading and writing plus basic math  Minimum time in related position
- Some Restaurant kitchen and Pastry/Bakery experience required
