* * Position Summary**:

A Chimney Rock server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. They act as the main point of contact between the kitchen and the customer, maintaining a clean and organized dining area while adhering to food safety and service standards. The server is our primary salesperson therefore, thorough knowledge of our menus is critical.
** Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities**:
* Deliver Exceptional Service:
Provide high-quality food, beverage, and bottle service while engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Handle Cash & Reconciliation:
Maintain a personal cash bank, make change for guests, and complete daily financial paperwork accurately.
* Ensure Legal Compliance & Product Knowledge:
Enforce Idaho State Liquor and , and demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, including allergens and guest recommendations.
* Perform Operational Duties:
Complete opening and closing tasks such as cleaning, polishing, and setup to maintain a clean and organized environment.
* Manage Tables & Multitask Efficiently:
Balance table service with side work, demonstrating strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.

Adhere to dress code standards and contribute to the overall cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant.
