* * Position Summary**:

This role focuses on meeting and greeting guests while checking IDs for entrance to the bar. It is expected you will deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced bar environment while promoting safety and hospitality. Must be knowledgeable of Idaho liquor laws and accepted forms of d have a level of comfort in managing conflict when necessary.

Weekend availability throughout the winter season is required.
** Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities**:
* Must be knowledgeable on all forms of Identification accepted in Idaho State and Idaho state liquor laws.
* Ability to greet guests in a friendly, sincere, and welcoming manner while maintaining service and speed.
* Must be comfortable with conflict management and promoting a safe environment.
* Fast and efficient cleaning of table, floors, bathrooms, and sections as needed for fast guest turnover and retention.

Physical Capabilities
- Able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift.  Will lift to 50 lbs. occasionally.

- Strong attention to detail. Must be capable of managing and performing multiple tasks simultaneously.
** Education/Related Experience**:

Minimum education required
- English reading, writing and communication; plus basic math.
Minimum time in related position-1 year Guest service experience preferred
