Job Title: Full-Time Maintenance & Construction Technician.

We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our team and assist with ongoing hotel renovations and general maintenance. This is a hands-on role offering the chance to learn and apply multiple trades—including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and more—while keeping our property in top condition.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and address repair requests promptly.
• Assist with construction and renovation projects, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic electrical, plumbing, or mechanical issues.
• Keep tools and supplies organized and maintain a clean work environment.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
• Experience in construction, maintenance, or a related field is a plus (but not required).
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

• Starting pay from $15 to $18 per hour (based on experience).
