• Achieve in-depth knowledge of process flows, operational requirements and system design.
• Perform revenue assurance checks to align billing system to partner contracts.
• Follow up on all outstanding receivables and ensure payables are settled within SLAs.
• Review and approve reconciliations performed by the Reconciliation and Settlement team.
• Identify reconciliation issues and elevate them to responsible parties.
• Compile audit work papers and supporting documentation to meet external audit requirements.
• Drive for results and implement best practices within daily operations.

• Partially qualified or newly qualified CA(SA).
• Highly analytical with strong problem‑solving skills.
• External audit experience would be highly advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in process automation.
• Experience working with large data volumes.
