Debtors and Creditors Controller

Join a dynamic Waste Management organization that is committed to sustainable practices and operational excellence. Our client is seeking a motivated Debtors and Creditors Controller to ensure the smooth management of financial transactions, supporting the company's growth and financial health.

• Manage and reconcile debtors and creditors accounts efficiently.

• Process transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with VAT regulations.

• Maintain the general ledger and support accounting processes.

• Collaborate with finance and operational teams to optimize cash flow.

• Assist in financial reporting and month-end procedures.

• Matric + a strong pass in Mathematics or accountancy

• Bookkeeping Certificate, N6 or Higher in Accounting or National Diploma in Accounting

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in debtors and creditors management.

• Strong understanding of general ledger, VAT processing, and accounting transactions.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

• Attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Waste management industry processes (preferred but not essential)

• Experience with ERP systems

• Books to Trial Balance
