• Compile monthly financial information and analyse performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain the integrity of financial records through regular reconciliations and account reviews.
• Oversee supplier payment processes, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Support cash management activities and ensure financial data is accurately recorded and maintained.
• Assist with compliance obligations, including tax submissions, regulatory reporting and external audits.
• Investigate financial variances and account discrepancies, liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

• BCom Accounting / Finance
• Minimum 3 years' accounting experience
• Property industry experience essential
• Strong Microsoft Excel and ERP system skills
