Our client seeks a seasoned Principal Consultant specializing in Change Management to join their practice in Sandton . This critical role focuses on guiding organizations through significant transformations, ensuring smooth transitions, and maximizing employee adoption of new strategies, processes, or technologies. You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive change management programs, stakeholder engagement strategies, and communication plans. This is a leadership position offering the opportunity to shape organizational culture and drive successful change initiatives for prominent clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute integrated change management strategies for complex organizational transformations.
- Conduct change readiness assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Design and implement effective communication plans, training programs, and support mechanisms for impacted employees.
- Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions for leadership and employee groups to drive adoption and buy-in.
- Measure the impact of change initiatives and provide ongoing recommendations for optimization.
- Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in change management consulting or a senior internal change leadership role.
- Proven expertise in various change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging at executive levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple complex change initiatives simultaneously.
