Reports to:
Head of Operations
Own the provider lifecycle from recruitment through to retention and performance.
Responsibilities- Grow the active provider base in launch areas
- Manage vetting and compliance standards
- Monitor provider performance and ratings
- Run provider training and communication
- Reduce provider churn
- 3+ years in operations or account management
- Experience managing contractors or gig workers
- Strong organisational skills
- Comfortable with data and reporting
- Valid driver's licence advantageous
