About the job German Client Service Representative – Online Shopping SupportWe are seeking German-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a growing international retail support team in Umhlanga, Durban.
Key responsibilities:- Assist German-speaking customers with online retail queries
- Provide fast and professional support
- Work within a global customer service environment
- German language proficiency (B2–C2 level) – written and spoken
- Good command of English for internal communication
- Valid South African residence permit
- Previous customer service or call centre experience (retail experience advantageous)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate support systems
- Fully on-site role based in Umhlanga
- Collaborative, multicultural team environment
- Structured training and onboarding support
