An exciting opportunity exists for a Recent Graduate who will provide intermediary services that are personalized, efficient, and prompt to all clients through omni (multiple) channels. The incumbent delivers exceptional service that exceeds the client’s expectations through proactive and innovative solutions that are ethically sound, honest, and maintain integrity.
The role involves building client relationships through various channels, handling client queries, assisting with digital banking services, participating in training programs, assisting with account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and inquiries, communicating product information to clients, adhering to banking regulations and internal policies, serving all aspects of the bank's products, including rewards, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
