• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, from initial setup to full integration.
• Conduct personalized training sessions for clients on using our client's products or services.
• Develop and maintain clear, concise onboarding documentation and resources.
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure a smooth handover of new clients.
• Address client questions and concerns during the onboarding phase, ensuring their needs are met.
• Gather feedback from new clients to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process.

• Previous experience in a client-facing role such as customer support , account management, or client onboarding.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
• Ability to manage multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously.
