• Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals and ensure successful adoption of services.
• Provide ongoing support, training, and strategic advice to maximize client value.
• Monitor client health and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Address and resolve client escalations and critical issues with urgency and care.
• Gather client feedback and relay insights to product and sales teams.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment.

• Experience in Customer Success , Account Management, or a client-facing support role.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into solutions.
