About the Role

You will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients, marketing teams, and contractors to deliver exceptional retail environments. • Lead the design and development of retail spaces, focusing on brand experience and functionality.
• Translate client briefs and brand strategies into compelling architectural designs.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and 3D visualizations.
• Collaborate with clients, branding agencies, and developers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure designs comply with South African building regulations and accessibility standards.
• Oversee the construction phase to ensure design intent is realized accurately.

• Registered professional Architect with experience in retail design.
• Minimum 7 years of experience, with a significant portion focused on the retail sector.
• Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion).
• Strong understanding of retail trends, customer flow, and brand storytelling through design.
• Excellent client management and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment in Sandton .
