Our client, a leading architectural practice in Sandton , is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Project Architect to manage and deliver a portfolio of significant building projects across Gauteng . This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional project management skills to guide projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they meet high standards of design, quality, and client satisfaction.
You will oversee all aspects of project delivery, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. - Lead the architectural design and project management of complex building projects.
- Coordinate and collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, building codes, and project timelines.
- Manage project documentation, including contract administration and site supervision.
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to the firm's technical development and best practices.
- Registered Professional Architect with SACAP.
- Minimum of 10 years of comprehensive architectural experience, with at least 5 years in a senior project leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale commercial, residential, or institutional projects.
- Expert proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and project management software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
