• Co-teaching in Foundation Phase classes with shared planning, delivery, assessment, and pastoral care responsibilities
• Managing and facilitating learning within flexible Learning Hubs and Enquiry Studios
• Implementing enquiry-based, experiential, and play-based learning strategies to foster engagement
• Creating a collaborative classroom environment that promotes curiosity, questioning, and child-led exploration
• Building strong relationships with young children to support their overall development
• Participating in ongoing professional development and contributing to a forward-thinking educational model

• 3 to 5 years of teaching experience in the Foundation Phase
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for child development
• Experience with CAPS curriculum and enquiry-driven, experiential learning is desirable

• Salary: R25,000 - R32,000 per month (Cost to Company)
• Provident Fund Contribution
• 13th Cheque
