About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Early Childhood Program Manager to oversee operations in the Sandton area, operating on a hybrid work schedule. This leadership role involves developing, implementing, and managing high-quality early childhood programs. You will be responsible for staff supervision, curriculum oversight, parent engagement, and ensuring compliance with educational standards. The hybrid model allows for strategic planning, administrative duties, and virtual team collaboration from a remote location, complemented by essential on-site presence for program delivery and team support.

• Lead the development and execution of early childhood education programs.
• Manage and mentor a team of early childhood educators and support staff.

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
