Preschool Program Coordinator

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Preschool Program Coordinator for their thriving educational facility in Sandton . This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of all preschool programs, from curriculum implementation to daily operations. • Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of the preschool curriculum and educational programs.
• Coordinate daily activities and schedules for all preschool classrooms and staff.
• Manage classroom supplies, resources, and equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance.
• Support and mentor preschool teachers and staff, providing guidance on pedagogical practices.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure effective communication regarding program activities and child progress.

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or coordination role.
