About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Systems Engineer to join their team in Sandton . This role is pivotal in the design, integration, testing, and support of complex aircraft systems, including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and flight control systems. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless system performance and compliance with rigorous safety standards. • Design, develop, and integrate aircraft systems according to specifications.
• Perform system analysis, testing, and validation to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to aircraft systems during development and operation.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including schematics, test procedures, and reports.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure component quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and standards throughout the lifecycle of the systems.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience as an Aircraft Systems Engineer or in a related aerospace engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems architecture, design principles, and integration.
• Proficiency with systems engineering tools and methodologies.
• Experience with testing and validation of complex aerospace systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills, essential for working within the Sandton engineering hub.
