Key Responsibilities- Design, deploy, and maintain robust telecommunications systems, including mobile core networks, transmission systems, and related infrastructure.
- Perform in-depth analysis of system performance, identifying areas for optimization and implementing improvements.
- Develop technical specifications and solutions for new system deployments and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the telecommunications systems, ensuring minimal service disruption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network operations and planning, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Stay current with emerging telecommunications technologies and industry standards, recommending adoption where appropriate.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in telecommunications systems engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of mobile network technologies (e.g., 4G, 5G, LTE), transmission systems, and protocols.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, system integration, and performance tuning.
- Experience with relevant simulation and analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
