• Analyze plant performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve process yields, throughput, and energy efficiency.
• Utilize statistical methods and process modeling to predict and control process behavior.
• Troubleshoot complex operational problems and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to implement process improvements.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings and recommendations to management.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in chemical process engineering, with a strong focus on optimization.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
