Our client, a dynamic player in the Oil & Gas industry, is looking for a talented Senior Geoscientist to join their team, with the option for remote or hybrid work arrangements. This role is central to interpreting complex geological and geophysical data to identify and evaluate hydrocarbon potential. You will utilize advanced technologies and methodologies to create detailed subsurface models, assess risks, and contribute critical insights to exploration and development strategies.

- Interpret and integrate seismic, well log, and geological data to build comprehensive subsurface models.
- Identify and evaluate potential hydrocarbon plays and prospects, quantifying associated risks and uncertainties.
- Utilize advanced seismic attributes and interpretation techniques to delineate reservoirs and understand structural complexities.
- Collaborate closely with reservoir engineers, production engineers, and other geoscientists to support exploration and development efforts.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, presentations, and maps for management and partnership reviews.
- Contribute to the development and application of new interpretation technologies and workflows.
- Master's or PhD degree in Geophysics, Geology, or a related Earth Science discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in geophysical interpretation and subsurface characterization, ideally within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard seismic interpretation software (e.g., Petrel, Kingdom Suite, IHS Markit).
- Strong understanding of seismic processing, geological principles, and petroleum systems.
- Experience with attribute analysis, AVO, and structural interpretation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, comfortable working in a collaborative, possibly remote , team structure.
