Industrial Engineer - Facilities and Layout Design

Our client is seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer focused on Facilities and Layout Design to join their team in Sandton . This role will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and managing the layout of manufacturing plants, warehouses, and other industrial facilities to maximize efficiency, safety, and workflow. You will utilize advanced modeling and simulation techniques to create optimal spatial arrangements and material flow paths.

• Develop detailed facility layouts and material flow plans using CAD and simulation software.
• Analyze space utilization and identify opportunities for optimization in warehouses and production areas.

• Strong understanding of material handling systems, ergonomics, and safety standards.
