Our client is seeking a meticulous and organized Aircraft Technical Records Specialist to join their aviation services team in Sandton . • Manage and maintain comprehensive records for assigned aircraft, including maintenance logs, airworthiness directives, and component history.
• Audit technical records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SACAA).
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of maintenance data into the company's maintenance tracking system.
• Process and file aircraft documentation, including repair schemes, modifications, and inspections.
• Assist engineering and maintenance departments with information retrieval from technical records.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and information.
• Ensure proper archiving and retention of all technical records according to established policies.

• Proven experience as an Aircraft Technical Records Clerk or Specialist in an aviation environment.
• Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance processes and terminology.
• Familiarity with aviation regulations related to record-keeping and airworthiness.
