Senior Game Producer

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Game Producer to lead the development of exciting new titles within their studio in Sandton . You will be responsible for overseeing the entire game development lifecycle, from concept to release, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This leadership role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of game development processes and team dynamics.

You will be the driving force behind project success, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of game development projects, including schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams of designers, artists, programmers, and QA testers.
• Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges and finding solutions.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and drive continuous improvement in development processes.

• 5+ years of experience in Game Production or project management within the gaming industry.
• Proven track record of successfully shipping multiple game titles.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and diverse teams effectively.
