You will leverage your extensive market knowledge and analytical skills to develop tailored investment strategies, identify lucrative opportunities, and manage client portfolios, balancing office-based consultations with remote analysis and client communication.

• Provide expert advice on real estate investment strategies to a diverse clientele.

• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service delivery through hybrid engagement.
• Conduct due diligence on potential investments and assess associated risks.
• Collaborate with legal, financial, and property management teams to ensure successful execution of investment strategies.

• Extensive experience as a Real Estate Investment Advisor or in a similar investment advisory role.
• Deep understanding of various real estate asset classes and investment structures.
• Proven track record of successfully advising clients on significant real estate investments.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and risk assessment capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adept for both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Relevant financial or real estate certifications (e.g., CFA, NQF Level
  5) are highly desirable.
