Job Description

To grow the Independent Financial Advisors (IFA) network, deliver solutions, and provide excellent service to clients. To meet new business targets, conducting product specific training (PST), marketing products, and preparing and distributing communication.

Are you someone who can:
Creates solutions to meet customer demands and deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with IFAs and key stakeholders to grow the network and increase business. Deliver exceptional service to IFAs and their clients, providing solutions and resolving any issues that arise. Achieve new business targets by promoting and selling our products and services to IFAs.

Give product specific training (PST) to ensure that IFAs have a comprehensive understanding of our products and services. Manage the onboarding process and ensure brokers are accredited. Prepare and distribute communication to IFAs, keeping them informed about product updates, market trends, and industry news. Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all client needs are met.

Ensure compliance with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements in area of accountability. Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and employee development.

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

  • 5 to 8 years Employee benefits broker consulting experience
  • Relevant degree
  • Must have good established relationships with a network of Independent Financial advisors specialising in employee benefits (like pension and group risk solutions)
  • Analytical, attention to detail, managing demanding stakeholders, service and solutions oriented , able to build relationships internally and externally .
