We are seeking an exceptional Group Finance Managerto lead financial operations across our organization of 9 independent entities.
This is a high-impact strategic role where you'll partner with executive leadership to drive financial excellence, implement group-wide standards, and provide insights that shape our business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:- Overseeconsolidated financial reporting and management accounts across all 9 entities
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions
- Drivemonth-end and year-end close procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business growth initiatives
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement across the group
- Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions, mergers, and strategic investments
- Manage inter company transactions, eliminations, and complex reconciliations
- Implement standardized financial policies, procedures, and controls across all entities
- Drivegroup-wide financial systems implementation and technology solutions
- Build strong relationships with finance teams across the organization
- Lead andmentor a high-performing finance team
- Foster aculture of continuous improvement and accountability
- Drivecapability building and knowledge sharing across entities
- Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA,ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field or higher
- 8-10 years of progressive finance experience with4-5 years at senior management level
- Proven track record managing multi-entity financial operations and consolidations
- Expert knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle,Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Expert-level Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with consolidation software (One Stream,SAP BPC, Hyperion, etc.)
- Strong understanding of tax, treasury, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Strategic thinking – Translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
- Leadership – Influence at executive level and drive change across diverse entities
- Analytical excellence – Exceptional problem-solvingwith meticulous attention to detail
- Communication – Present complex financial information clearly to all stakeholders
- Organizational agility – Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
