- Conduct client consultations, assess skin conditions, and recommend personalized treatment plans and home care regimens.

- Manage inventory of skincare products and professional supplies, overseeing ordering and stock control.
- Professional certification as an Esthetician with advanced training.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in esthetics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Extensive knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and effective treatment modalities.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
