Senior Esthetician & Skincare Educator

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Esthetician & Skincare Educator to join their expanding wellness center. In this dual role, you will provide exceptional client-facing esthetic services while also developing and delivering training programs for junior estheticians and beauty consultants. You will leverage your deep knowledge of skincare treatments, product formulations, and dermatological principles to ensure top-tier client care and cultivate talent within the team.

This hybrid role offers a blend of hands-on client work and educational leadership in our Sandton facility.

• Perform a full range of advanced esthetic treatments , including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and waxing.
• Assess clients' skin conditions and develop personalized treatment plans and home care recommendations.
• Educate and mentor junior estheticians on technical skills, client consultation, and product knowledge.
• Develop and update training materials and curriculum for skincare education programs.
• Stay current with industry advancements, new treatments, and emerging skincare technologies.
• Maintain detailed client records and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

• Valid Esthetician license and certifications.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an esthetician, with a proven track record of client satisfaction.
• Extensive knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and treatment modalities.
• Experience in developing and delivering training or educational content is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using skincare equipment and a wide range of professional product lines.
