Key responsibilities:
Design and Develop Talent and Succession Management Processes
Improve the current TM process and develop sustainable systems and processDevelop and Design Talent Development InitiativesImplement the above initiatives through internal and external stakholdersTrack and report using Workday HRMS and LMSTalent and Leadership Development
Design, Develop and Implement Leadership development initiatives and programsRefine the current Mentorship and Coaching frameworkDesign of action learning projects and assignmentsDevelop Career Paths and Learning Maps / MatricesCourse Design and Development
Engage with internal stakeholders and SMEs and develop fir-for-purpose in-house programsAnalyze Organisational and Skill needs - ADDIEE-Learning Design and DevelopmentVirtual ILT trainingConduct Learning Facilitation
Facilitate Learning of specific Retail Modules to Blue- and White-Collar workersCoordinate Learning events with key stakeholdersEnsure countries in scope’s retail sites are adequately trainedRelated Learning Admin and Reporting is concludedSkills Development and Legislative compliance
Compile and submit WSP / ATR for SA business and provide relevant BBBEE supportDevelopment of accredited materialsImplement Learnerships and InternshipsAdministrative requirements
Provide L&D Reporting and AnalyticsDevelop Project Plans for the above initiatives and report accordingly on progressWork with Workday LMS and implement improvements and enhancementsRequirements:
Experience:
Post Graduate qualification in Human Resources Development5+ years’ experience as an L&D or Talent and Development SpecialistOil or Chemical industry experience an advantageExperience a fast-paced environment and working in a Matrix Global OrganisationBackground in E-Learning design and development will be advantageous – Moodle, Articulate, etc.Skills

Proficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to communicate effectively in English language – Written and Verbally.Project Management – MS Projects or similarConceptual skills – ability to take complex info and display in simplistic mannerEntrepreneurial MindsetCompetencies:
