As aRecruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing and securing high-quality talent across the Company. You will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs, provide market insight and manage the recruitment process from sourcing through to appointment and onboarding.

This roleis ideally suited to an experienced recruiter who enjoys building strong relationships, working at pace and finding the right talent to support business growth.

• Manage the end-to-endrecruitment process for assigned vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and develop appropriate sourcingstrategies.
• Source, screen and assesscandidates across a variety of roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
• Coordinate interviews,candidate feedback, reference checks and pre-employment vetting.
• Support offer management and maintain candidate engagement through to appointment and onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Provide market insights ontalent availability, remuneration trends and recruitment challenges.
• Maintain accurate recruitmentrecords and provide recruitment reporting and updates.
• Ensure recruitment practicesremain fair, consistent and aligned with applicable legislation, policies and employment equity objectives.
• Identify opportunities toimprove recruitment processes, candidate experience and sourcingeffectiveness.
• Contribute toemployer-branding, talent-attraction and broader HR initiatives.
• Develop networks within the property sector and participate in relevant recruitment and industryengagements where required.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–5 years' relevant recruitment experience, ideally gained through a combination of recruitment agency andin-house corporate recruitment experience.
• Experience with in the propertyindustry, or experience sourcing and recruiting for property-related roles, would be advantageous.
• Strong understanding ofend-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals andother channels.
• Excellent communication,interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build crediblerelationships with candidates, hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skillsand the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
• Experience using recruitment systems, applicant tracking systems and digital sourcing tools.
• Sound understanding of relevantemployment legislation, employment equity principles and recruitment compliance.
• Knowledge of the propertyindustry and its talent market would be advantageous.
