You've done the hard yards. Now it's time to lead the charge.

We're looking for a sharp-thinking, solutions-driven Senior Consultant / Manager who knows their Basel from their BI. This is your chance to step into a leadership role within a powerhouse financial services environment, think banking, insurance, compliance, digital transformation, and everything in between.

What you'll be owning (and absolutely crushing):

• Lead the charge on high-impact consulting projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Roll up your sleeves to solve complex, industry-specific problems.
• Be the mentor you wish you had: guide, support and uplift junior team members.
• Keep clients coming back for more spot opportunities, build relationships.
• Get your hands dirty with business and data analysis.
• Design dashboards that make data sing (and regulators happy).
• Speak fluent SQL, Python, SAS or at least be confident reading and writing the code.
• Comfortable navigating the tech jungle? We're after experience with Power Apps, BI tools that tell the full story, and SAP S/4
  
  HANA or SAP BW because transformation doesn't happen on spreadsheets alone.
• Dive deep into financial systems, risk models, and compliance processes.
• Stay hungry: constantly build your knowledge in everything from AI to risk.

The must-haves:

• 3.5+ years' experience in banking, insurance or consulting (Big 4 types, we see you).
• Subject matter expertise in financial services (risk, compliance, capital markets, global markets, market risk & data - you know the drill).
• Proven project delivery track record and leadership experience with sizeable teams.

The cherry on top:

• Qualifications like CFA or FRM? You're already ahead of the pack.
