As a MS Engineer L2 you will be responsible for working on the Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Software Configuration Management. In this role, you'll work with our operations team to help manage the software configuration of all of our products and applications. You'll also have experience in working with SCOM technologies such as SCCM, Intune or Altiris.

Requirements

• Develops and maintains SCCM environments
• Provides support for all parts of the SCM lifecycle.
• Ensures that all new versions of software will be available for deployment to target systems.
• Conducts system checks and configuration management activities, such as OS deployments, application configuration, and system image deployments.
• Provides support for post deployment operations, including managing agents and OS deployments.
• Maintains systems and services by updating, upgrading, and patching workstations, servers, and client devices.
• Defines and maintains policies and standards to ensure data integrity, compliance, and Manages Software Configuration Management (SCM) projects and systems from initial request through execution and maintenance of the system

Qualifications

• Must have worked with SCCM at least 2 years.
• Two years of experience in Systems Management, with a focus on SCCM.
• Experience working with the following tools:
  Microsoft Operations Manager, System Center Configuration Manager, Power Shell, Active Directory and Group Policy preferred.
