The Marketing Data Analyst provides data‑driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness across paid, owned and earned channels. The role supports marketing teams with analytics across advertising, communications and audience engagement, translating complex data into clear recommendations that influence decision‑making. This includes developing measurement frameworks, maintaining performance benchmarks and building data literacy within the team.

• Develop clear KPIs, predictive models and segmentation frameworks.
• Build dashboards that unify campaign, web, CRM and media data.
• Create visualisations for survey, brand tracking and qualitative/quantitative research data.
• Monitor campaign and channel performance, linking marketing activity to business impact.
• Conduct funnel analysis and identify behavioural patterns for optimization

• Govern and maintain data standards, UTM conventions and tagging accuracy
• Partner with data and tech teams to ensure clean and complete data ingestion
• Maintain documentation and dashboards to support consistency and automation
• Liaise between marketing, analytics, BI and compliance teams
• Ensure adherence to privacy, regulatory and internal audit requirements

• Engage proactively with stakeholders and communicate clearly
• Champion data accuracy, transparency and responsible use
• Support a learning culture through documentation and knowledge‑sharing
