Systems Delivery Coordinator​/Project Manager Hybrid - to PERM - R1.PA

Are you a highly organised, solution‑driven professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, delivery, and collaboration? We’re looking for a Systems Delivery Coordinator to help orchestrate successful project outcomes and ensure seamless delivery across teams.

• Coordinate and support end‑to‑end delivery of systems and projects
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment, progress, and timely delivery
• Track project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
• Identify and mitigate risks and blockers early, ensuring smooth execution
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including technical teams and leadership
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting using tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and workflows

• 6 to 10 years in systems coordination, project coordination, project management and or IT delivery support
• Experience working in Agile and/or project management environments

• Proficiency in:
  • JIRA
  • Confluence
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Share Point

• Ability to coordinate complex, cross‑functional initiatives within scope, time, and budget

• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on delivering practical, high‑quality solutions

• Skilled at building relationships and working effectively across all levels of the organisation

Reference Number for this position is GZ61162 which is a permanent position based in Sandton offering a cost to company salary (contract initially) of R1.4m pa negotiable on experience and ability.
