Purpose
To lead the end-to-end delivery of the Coupa platform across Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, and Finance processes, ensuring disciplined execution, strong governance, and realisation of business value across operations.
Key Responsibilities- Project Governance and Delivery:
- Lead delivery of a complex, multi-site Coupa implementation, ensuring adherence to governance, budget, and timelines.
- Establish clear delivery structures, reporting cadence, RAID logs, and executive oversight.
- Manage interdependencies across ERP (Oracle Fusion), procurement, and finance.
- Coupa Implementation Leadership:
- Oversee end-to-end configuration and deployment of Coupa modules (P2P, Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Invoicing).
- Ensure adoption of standard functionality and leading practices, minimizing customisations where possible.
- Drive alignment to standardised procurement and financial processes.
- Vendor and Commercial Management:
- Manage system integrators, Coupa, and third-party vendors to deliver against contractual commitments.
- Hold vendors accountable for delivery quality, milestones, and issue resolution.
- Integration and Data Oversight:
- Oversee integration between Coupa, Oracle ERP, and upstream/downstream systems.
- Ensure data readiness, supplier onboarding, catalogue enablement, and master data quality.
- Testing and Deployment:
- Lead structured testing cycles (SIT, UAT) ensuring full business readiness.
- Execute controlled and risk-managed deployment and go-live.
- Post Go-Live Stabilisation:
- Drive stabilisation, issue resolution, and transition to support.
- Ensure benefits realisation and continuous improvement.
- Overall Project Management
Experience:- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience delivering large-scale IT and business transformation.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-vendor, cross-functional projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
- Demonstrated experience in project governance, planning, budgeting, RAID management, status reporting, and executive stakeholder engagement.
- Experience delivering projects across multiple sites and coordinating dependencies across business, technology, and operational teams.
- Strong capability in change leadership, business readiness, testing oversight, deployment planning, and benefits realisation.
- Technical
Skills:- Experience with Coupa modules including Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, and Invoicing.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier lifecycle management, catalogue enablement, invoicing, and financial controls.
- Knowledge of ERP integration concepts, with preference for experience integrating Coupa with Oracle Fusion.
- Good understanding of data migration, master data alignment, interface management, and testing cycles including SIT and UAT.
- Proficiency in project delivery tools and artefacts, including plans, RAID logs, status reporting, issue tracking, and governance documentation.
- Key
