HANA and data-driven process transformation — delivering scalable, efficient solutions that drive standardization, automation, and business value across the Africa Zone. As
** Business Transformation Specialist**, you will be
** responsible
* * for the functional (PR to PO) and data transformation of the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process within the S/4

HANA program, ensuing business requirements are translated into robust system solutions and successfully validated through SIT and UAT.
** Key roles and responsibilities
*** Define and execute the business transformation roadmap for the S/4

HANA Procure-to-Pay (PTP) stream, aligned with global template and Africa Zone objectives.
* Drive process standardization and optimization using S/4

HANA best practices.
* Lead data transformation and migration activities for PTP, ensuring accuracy and business ownership of data and PR to PO process.
* Coordinate and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for end-to-end business scenarios.
* Act as the key interface between business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.
* Support cutover, hyper care, and post-go-live stabilization.
* Communicate complex system and data concepts clearly to business users and leadership.
** Qualifications and*
* ** Behavioral Competencies
*** Bachelor’s degree in business information systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
* Hands-on experience with data transformation, data migration, and data validation.
* Experience supporting SIT and UAT cycles for SAP implementations.
* Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
* Strong Excel skills including data analysis and automation (VBA Macros).
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
