Transformation Specialist – Banking and Treasury

Overview

Business Transformation Specialist focusing on SAP S/4

HANA-driven process transformation across the Africa Zone. Works to align business and system processes, maintain ERP stability, and lead functional work streams for future rollouts.

• Own end-to-end Treasury & Banking processes across all ERP systems
• Gather, design, and deliver business and process requirements
• Provide SAP functional expertise in Invoice-to-Pay / AP / Treasury
• Ensure successful implementation aligned with Steering Committee goals
• Manage prioritization, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Collaborate with Change Management to drive adoption
• Act as escalation point for complex problem-solving
• Ensure deliverables meet SAP standards and business needs
• Support training material development

• 3–5 years in a similar role within Consumer Goods (Beverages preferred)
• SAP functional experience or Treasury & Banking domain knowledge
• Experience with Agile/Dev Ops methods (advantageous)

• Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement
• Strong business-process and functional solutioning
• Ability to simplify complex problems
• Critical thinking & problem-solving
• Understanding of Minimum Internal Control Standards (beneficial)
