As
** Business Transformation Specialist**, you will be
** responsible:
*** Ensure alignment of business and system processes across Africa Zone ERP landscape
* Maintain SAP S/4

HANA stability and lead functional work streams for future rollouts
* Act as key liaison between Zone Business Functions, In-Country Teams, and third-party providers
*
* Key Roles and Responsibilities:

*** Own end-to-end Treasury & Banking processes across all ERP systems
* Gather, design, and deliver business and process requirements
* Provide SAP functional expertise in Invoice-to-Pay / AP / Treasury
* Ensure successful implementation aligned with Steering Committee goals
* Manage prioritization, risks, and stakeholder communication
* Collaborate with Change Management to drive adoption
* Act as escalation point for complex problem-solving
* Ensure deliverables meet SAP standards and business needs
* Support training material development
*
* Minimum Requirements:

*** 3–5 years in a similar role within Consumer Goods (Beverages preferred)
* SAP functional experience or Treasury & Banking domain knowledge
* Experience with Agile/Dev Ops methods (advantageous)

* Critical thinking & problem-solving
* Understanding of Minimum Internal Control Standards (beneficial)
