An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Solution Analyst to join a leading organization in the banking sector
. This is a hybrid contract role running until December 2026
, with the possibility of renewal based on performance
. The successful candidate will play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions while working closely with Agile delivery teams on enterprise Salesforce initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years experience as a Solution Analyst or similar role
3–5+ years relevant industry experience
Strong Salesforce configuration and administration knowledge
Ability to contribute technical detail towards sustainable technology solutions

Key Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements
Analyze integration points and impacted systems
Present solutions to relevant governance forums
Collaborate with Agile squads throughout the solution design and delivery lifecycle
