AI Specialist

• Design and implement enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions that drive business growth.
• Develop AI-powered workflows utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI to enhance operational efficiency.
• Build and optimise prompts to boost AI performance and align with business objectives.
• Create and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data quality to support AI initiatives.
• Develop predictive analytics and risk scoring models to inform strategic decisions.
• Integrate AI solutions through Python, SQL, APIs, and enterprise platforms seamlessly.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI to provide actionable insights.
• Support AI deployment with secure software development practices and MLOps workflows.
• Ensure all AI solutions adhere to Responsible AI principles, including model governance, privacy, and security standards.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across business, technology, and governance teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate testing, user acceptance, documentation, training, and the handover of solutions.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in AI, data engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Python, SQL, and API integration.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, assessment, and design principles.
• Experience with data pipelines, model development, and deployment.
• Knowledge of enterprise platforms and software development best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
