Analytics Engineer

Purpose: Transform raw data into clean, structured, analytics-ready datasets that support business reporting and decision-making. This role bridges Data Engineering and Data Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain analytics-ready datasets.
Design data models (fact and dimension tables).
Develop ETL/ELT data pipelines.
Deliver datasets for Power BI reporting.
Ensure consistent business metrics and data definitions.
Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and data teams.

Requirements

Relevant degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5-8+ years' experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or similar roles.
Strong SQL and data transformation skills.
Experience with Power BI datasets and reporting.
Hands-on data modelling experience (Kimball, fact and dimension tables).
Experience with Azure, Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric.
